I stumbled on this guy’s YouTube channel looking for fried polenta recipes and I think I developed a man crush. He’s supposedly a chef who shares a free ebook of his recipes and post shorts of each one. The guy is authentic and nothing feels scripted -I love his content. It reminds me of what YouTube was like when people first started sharing videos. It’s not overproduced, just authentic and chaotic in the best way. Subscribe to this man’s content.
